The opportunity:
We are looking to hire an experienced SRE to become a Services BU Lead with great leadership capabilities. You will lead and organize the SRE practice in Agile Lab, managing multiple services with high-quality delivery in mind.
Salary: 45K - 67.5K
Responsibilities:
Analyzes designs and implements complex infrastructures;
Challenges the team processes, looking for ways to improve;
Communicates with self-awareness;
Sets direction for the delivery of multiple services;
Identifies areas of strategic technical debt and provides cost/benefit analysis for eliminating it;
Fully understands the business landscape and stakeholder expectations;
Leads recruiting efforts and capacity planning;
If needed jumps into a team to help with delivery;
Produces quality metrics;
Comfortable managing team members with different skill sets.
